As a Technical Support Engineer at Vision Mechatronics, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our customers. Your responsibilities will include: - Customer Engagement: You will be the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring they receive top-tier service. - Inquiry and Issue Management: Addressing customer inquiries, handling complaints, and escalating issues when necessary. - Product Expertise: Keeping updated on our products, services, and industry trends to provide accurate information. - Customer Experience Enhancement: Recommending and implementing improvements to enhance customer satisfaction. - Technical Assistance: Supporting customers with product setup, troubleshooting, order processing, and returns. - Data Management: Maintaining accurate customer information in our database. - Post-Sale Follow-Up: Reaching out to customers after purchases to assess satisfaction and collect feedback. - Reporting: Generating reports on customer satisfaction levels and improvement initiatives. - Training & Development: Assisting in training new customer service team members if needed. - Team Collaboration: Actively participating in team meetings and contributing to continuous improvement efforts. Qualifications and Skills: - Education: Diploma/degree in Electrical/Electronics field preferred. - Experience: Experience in customer service or a related field. - Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills. - Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office. - Mindset: Strong organizational skills and a customer-centric mindset. Preferred Qualifications: - Industry Experience: Previous industry-related customer service experience. - Software Knowledge: Familiarity with ticketing systems. - Language Skills: Bilingual abilities are a plus.
