Job Description

Role Overview: As a Technical Support Specialist at LRN, you will be an integral part of the L1 support team, assisting customers with queries and requests regarding LRN's proprietary applications. Your main responsibilities will involve program administrator assistance, meeting operational SLAs, and providing timely and effective responses to customers. You will play a key role in maintaining quality levels for all customer-related work and ensuring a positive customer experience. Key Responsibilities: - Provide assistance to internal and external customers on all aspects of LRN's proprietary applications, including campaign setup, system reporting, user data management, and customization - Keep internal and external stakeholders updated on the status of call tickets, requests, projects, and changes using defined systems and processes - Manage customer expectations and prioritize requests based on need and impact, working with internal stakeholders to address priorities - Prepare and present product information to assist customers with LRN's systems" capabilities in written and verbal forms - Maintain ongoing dialogues with each customer, ensuring effective communication and support - Perform content using LRN's in-house tool and provide assistance/training to customer point of contacts on LRN's proprietary tools - Collaborate with peers to discuss unique solutions, document them, and perform any other duties as assigned Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree - 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, with the ability to independently manage operational relationships with enterprise Partners - Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal - Extensive experience in supporting enterprise customers based in the US and Europe - Experience in a customer-facing role in an application support environment - Familiarity with HTML and CSS - Familiarity with Learning Management Systems Additional Details of the Company: LRN is the world's leading dedicated ethics and compliance SaaS company, with over 3,000 clients globally.
