As a Technical Support Associate at the company, your role will involve handling customer queries and troubleshooting RFID-related issues. You will be responsible for providing remote support and coordinating with site engineers for on-ground resolutions. Additionally, you will need to log, track, and update tickets to ensure timely closure while maintaining professional communication and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: - Handle customer queries and troubleshoot RFID-related issues. - Provide remote support and coordinate with site engineers for on-ground resolutions. - Log, track, and update tickets for timely closure. - Maintain professional communication and ensure customer satisfaction. Qualifications Required: - 1 to 2 years of Technical support / IT support experience. - Good troubleshooting and customer-handling skills. - Ability to coordinate effectively with technical teams. - Basic knowledge of RFID/IT systems is an added advantage.
