Job Summary

Technical Support Associate

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for network, connectivity, and internet-related issues
• Diagnose and resolve issues related to routing, switching, and network security
• Handle customer-reported problems via voice/chat/email with excellent communication
• Troubleshoot IPv4/IPv6 connectivity issues across wired and wireless networks
• Support residential and enterprise Wi-Fi design and remote troubleshooting
• Assist with configuration and troubleshooting of consumer devices such as NAS, IoT, and smart devices
• Identify and mitigate network security threats, including Anti-DDoS measures
• Work closely with internal teams to resolve escalated technical issues
• Maintain accurate documentation and incident records

Technical Skills (Must Have Expertise in at least 3 areas)

• Connectivity:

  Ethernet, WiFi, WDM, IPv4, IPv6

• Switching:

  MPLS, QinQ

• Routing:

  BGP, OSPF, IS-IS

• Network Security:

  Firewalls, Anti-DDoS measures

• Internet Services:

  DNS, DHCP, NTP, UPnP, NAT

• Devices:

  NAS, IoT, smart home and consumer devices

• Wi-Fi:

  Residential or enterprise Wi-Fi design and troubleshooting

Eligibility Criteria

• Experience:

  Minimum 2+ years in technical support, troubleshooting, or network repair

• Education:

  Graduate or above (Engineering and non-engineering backgrounds can apply)

• Communication:

  B2 level spoken and written English required
• Ability to work in rotational shifts and rotational weekly offs
