Technical Support Associate

As a Technical Head at Oriel Financial Solutions Pvt. Ltd., you will be responsible for leading our technical operations and support team, with a focus on managing the SBI Kiosk Portal. Your role will involve resolving technical issues and queries raised by Customer Service Points (CSPs) efficiently and ensuring seamless kiosk functioning. Additionally, you will collaborate with SBI technical support teams for escalations and backend resolutions, while also providing training and support to team members and CSPs on portal-related processes. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee all technical aspects of SBI Kiosk operations. - Handle and resolve portal-related issues, errors, and queries from CSPs efficiently. - Coordinate with SBI technical support teams for escalations and backend resolutions. - Monitor system performance and ensure seamless kiosk functioning. - Train and support team members and CSPs on portal-related processes. Requirements: - Proven experience working with the SBI Kiosk Banking Portal. - Strong understanding of CSP operations and technical troubleshooting. - Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. - Ability to lead a technical team and manage multiple issues simultaneously. Education & Experience: - Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred). - Minimum 2-4 years of relevant experience in SBI Kiosk or CSP technical support.
