Job Description

Technical Support Analyst

Key Responsibilities

Provide first-level support for enterprise and in-house applications.
Monitor application performance and respond promptly to issues or outages.
Troubleshoot software errors, document issues, and escalate complex problems to higher-level support when necessary.
Collaborate with software developers and IT staff to resolve application-related problems.
Assist in software installations, configurations, and updates.
Document common support procedures and maintain knowledge bases for end-user self-help.
Train and guide end-users on application functionality and best practices.
Ensure compliance with internal IT policies and procedures.
Log and track support requests using a ticketing system.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Education: Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience: 02 years of relevant experience in application support or IT helpdesk roles.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Basic understanding of application logic and IT systems.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Must be available to work from the office full-time.
