Job Role: Technical Support Advisor (International process, Inbound) Location: Kolkata, Saltlake sector v Job Type: Full-time About the Role: We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Technical Support Advisor. As a Technical Support Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional tech related services to our clients by troubleshooting on inbound calls and handle escalation cases. Responsibilities: - Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues via calls. - Providing product/service information to customers. - Meeting and exceeding customer satisfaction targets. - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions. - Collaborating with team members to achieve team goals.
