What you ll do:

MicrosoftSecurity Suite Expertise

Serveas the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Microsoft security suite, withspecialist responsibilities in Microsoft Defender for Cloud and MicrosoftDefender for Office 365.

Leadthe configuration, deployment, and management of endpoint security solutionsusing Microsoft Defender.

Ensureintegration of Microsoft Defender solutions with existing IT infrastructure andsecurity tools.

Provideexpert guidance on the configuration, optimization, and maintenance ofMicrosoft Defender to enhance security posture .

Endpoint SecurityManagement

Leadthe design and implementation of endpoint security solutions, ensuringalignment with industry best practices and organizational security policies.

Collaboratewith IT and security teams to ensure the secure configuration of endpoints,including OS hardening and application of security policies.

Conductregular assessments of endpoint security configurations to identify andremediate vulnerabilities.

Developand maintain documentation for endpoint security configurations, policies, andprocedures.

Security Strategyand Architecture

Understandand apply the principles of network and endpoint security, current threat andattack trends, and security best practices such as defense in depth.

Workclosely with security teams to explain the impacts of security configurationson end user devices and ensure alignment with overall security strategy.

Developand maintain a comprehensive security architecture framework for endpointsecurity.

Providestrategic recommendations to enhance the security posture of the organizationthrough the effective use of Microsoft security solutions.

Training andSupport

Providetraining and support to IT and security teams on the use and management ofMicrosoft Defender solutions.

Actas a point of escalation for complex security issues related to MicrosoftDefender.

Stayup-to-date with the latest developments in Microsoft security technologies andthreat landscape.
