Job Description

Role Overview: You will be joining NTT DATA as a Manager, Managed Services Operations, responsible for operating within a Region/Country or Services function. Your role will be crucial in ensuring service delivery at the highest level to guarantee client satisfaction and the successful continuance of business operations within the organization. Your primary focus will be to provide managed services to clients to ensure the operationality of their IT infrastructure and systems. Key Responsibilities: - Possess knowledge and expertise in various domains such as Routing, Switching, Security, and DC network, along with hands-on experience in Cisco SDWAN solutions and Cisco ACI. - Manage incident management issues in adherence to the bank's incident management policy and oversee incident resolution steps. - Handle all documentation related to infrastructure including network diagrams and approval documents. - Evaluate, test, and implement changes following a strict change management policy while providing feedback for continuous improvement of critical network infrastructure. - Guide and troubleshoot critical day-to-day issues faced by the bank in case of team failure to resolve promptly. - Demonstrate excellent organizational and team management skills, effective communication both verbal and written, and collaborate with internal stakeholders and external clients. - Possess an advanced understanding of budgets, cost management, time management, prioritization, and delegation abilities. - Focus on client-centricity, business outcomes, and guide the team through transformational objectives while adapting to changing circumstances. - Work effectively across different cultures and social groups in a pressurized environment. Qualification Required: - Hold a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology, Computing, or a related field. - ITIL certification is desirable. - Required experience in Network Architectural exposure with SDWAN and ACI.
