Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Design and architect scalable, robust, and secure enterprise solutions using Java Full Stack technologies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, DevOps, QA, and Product Owners to define solution requirements and technical specifications.
Lead architectural discussions, technology decisions, and code quality governance.
Create technical architecture documents, flow diagrams, and high-level design.
Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and processes to ensure high-quality delivery.
Guide and mentor development teams in best practices, design patterns, and clean code principles.
Conduct POCs and feasibility analysis for new requirements and technologies.
Ensure application performance, scalability, and reliability through effective design and code reviews.
