Job Description

Develop and execute brand strategy to position the company as a leading EdTech provider. Collaborate with sales teams to drive lead generation and align branding with sales objectives. Create consistent brand messaging across all platforms including digital, print, and sales collateral. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and refine positioning. Oversee digital marketing efforts (SEO, PPC, social media) to increase brand visibility and lead acquisition. Lead content creation and campaign management to attract, engage, and retain customers. Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels and customer touchpoints. Track and analyze performance metrics such as lead quality, brand awareness, and campaign ROI. Requires experience in brand management (preferably in EdTech or SaaS), with strong digital, strategic, and creative skills. Number of Openings : 2 Experience Required : 2 Years - 6 Years Qualifications : Any Graduate / Post Graduate Location : Nagpur Job Profile : Identify, recruit, and onboard channel partners such as resellers, education consultants, and system integrators. Develop and implement partner enablement strategies, including training and support programs. Set sales targets for partners and track performance through regular metrics and feedback. Serve as the primary liaison between Techior and its channel partners. Promote Techior s education software solutions and support partners in market positioning. Conduct partner training sessions, webinars, and co-marketing activities. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth partner operations and support. Provide regular reports on partner performance, revenue contribution, and growth opportunities. Requires channel sales experience, strong communication skills, and willingness to travel. Has to be strong follower to generate demos. Number of Openings : 2 Experience Required : 1 Years - 5 Years Qualifications : BE/BCA/B.Tech/B.sc(CS/IT) Location : Nagpur Job Profile : Develop and execute test cases, scripts, plans and procedures (manual and automated). Writing test cases to cover the functional, cross browser, security, VAPT, load, performance testing Act as key point of contact for all QA aspects of releases, providing QA services and coordinating QA resources Good experience in automation for functionality & UI testing Development and execution of a regression test harness that replicates prior projects, automate sanity testing for new releases Development and execution of functional, system and acceptance tests Coaching, training and mentoring of sales team and customers Number of Openings : 2 Experience Required : 1 Years - 3 Years Technical Skills Required : Develop, test, deploy and release new user-facing features.
