Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement technical training programs for sales staff to ensure they have in-depth product knowledge and selling skills.
• Provide technical assistance in the field to progressive cattle farmers to optimize feed efficiency, health, production, and reproduction.
• Create engaging content for training on social media applications to reach wider audiences and keep stakeholders informed.
• Manage advertising campaigns to effectively promote the organization's products and services.
• Collaborate with the strategic marketing team to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies.
• Stay updated on industry trends, innovations, and competitor activities to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Animal Science, or related field; Master's in animal nutrition shall be preferred.
• Proven experience in technical services, training, or a related field in the agriculture industry.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and educate diverse audiences.
• Demonstrated expertise in social media applications and content creation.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to contribute to market planning and execution.
