Technical Service Specialist, Digital Farming Solutions

As a Technical Service Specialist, you will be primarily responsible for supporting AGCO customers and dealers in the adoption and troubleshooting of AGCO Digital Farming Solutions. This includes providing technical and operational assistance related to products like Task Management, Data Management, and Field Management Solutions. Your role will involve being the go-to expert for Digital Farming Products, driving increased adoption, and addressing any product issues through various communication channels such as tele-service, web communication, publications, and dealer training. Your impact will include acting as a Subject Matter Expert for Digital Farming Products, collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues, participating in Global Issue Resolution Meetings, supporting new product launches, and ensuring customer feedback is addressed effectively. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, possess 5 to 8 years of experience in supporting customers in a B2B2C format, have knowledge of Global Farming Practices and Agronomy, and hold an Agile Product Owner Certification. Additionally, experience with tools like JIRA and/or Azur DevOps, strong negotiation skills, and excellent written and verbal communication in English are essential. Preferred qualifications for this role include experience with Offshore customers, working in the heavy machinery segment, and the agriculture industry.
