Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

  • Provide after sales-service support to customers for our opearting room and CSSD products.

  • Installation and clinical application training for our products at site.

  • Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and AMC & CAMC of our products.

  • Maintain accurate records of all installation, service visits and service reports.

  • Address client queries related to equipment handling, performance, maintenance and escalate service needs to the concerned Service Manager if required.

  • Maintain good rapport and communication with hospital staff and end users.

Preferred candidate profile:

  • Diploma/B.E. in Biomedical/Electronics / Electrical Engineering or related field.

  • 1-3 years of experience in servicing medical equipment (preferred).

  • Strong problem-solving and customer handling skills.

  • Willingness to travle extensively across assigned regions.

  • Basic computer knowledge (MS office, email communication)
