Technical Sales Specialist

You will be working as a Technical Sales Specialist Agent for our company, supporting a US-based tech support and sales process. Your primary responsibilities will include handling inbound calls related to printers, routers, and other computer peripherals, diagnosing technical issues, offering relevant support or sales solutions, converting support inquiries into sales opportunities, maintaining high-quality standards, ensuring customer satisfaction, and meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets. To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a US-based technical sales process, strong sales acumen, persuasive communication skills, the ability to troubleshoot basic hardware/software issues, and be comfortable working night shifts according to US Time.
