Job Description

As a results-driven SaaS Sales Manager at our company, you will play a crucial role in acquiring, managing, and expanding relationships with SMBs, ensuring they fully utilize Unisouks platform. Your responsibilities will include identifying potential clients, delivering impactful sales presentations, developing sales strategies to exceed revenue targets, and fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders. You will also guide new clients through the onboarding process, provide consultative support to optimize their use of Unisouks tools, and act as a liaison between clients and the product team to facilitate continuous improvement. Monitoring client engagement and proactively addressing concerns will be essential to maximize client retention. Staying updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer pain points will enable you to identify new business opportunities and potential industry verticals for Unisouks SaaS expansion. Collaboration with the marketing and product teams to refine messaging and go-to-market strategies will be key to achieving business goals. Maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, tracking sales pipeline, client interactions, and conversion rates will be crucial for effective performance tracking. You will be required to prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and insights to the leadership team, leveraging data to refine sales strategies and enhance customer acquisition efficiency. The ideal candidate for this role will have a minimum of 3+ years of experience in SaaS sales, B2B sales, or technology-driven business development. Skills required include strong negotiation and consultative selling abilities, excellent communication and presentation skills, and the ability to understand technical products and explain them to non-technical users. Proficiency in CRM tools and data-driven sales strategies is also highly desirable. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.,
