Key Responsibilities

• Sales Development:

   Identify and pursue business opportunities for microbiology products across diagnostics and pharma sectors.

• Technical Expertise:

   Understand product applications and provide consultative sales support to customers’ microbiology divisions.

• Customer Engagement:

   Build and manage long-term relationships with key decision-makers in diagnostic labs, CROs, and pharmaceutical companies.

• Market Expansion:

   Develop go-to-market strategies, pricing models, and regional plans to maximize penetration and revenue.

• Training & Support:

   Educate customers and internal teams on product features, benefits, and applications.

• Market Intelligence:

   Monitor competitor activities, industry developments, and customer needs to refine sales strategies.

• Reporting:

   Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and performance updates for senior management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in 

  Microbiology

   (mandatory).
• Master’s or PhD in 

  Microbiology / Biotechnology / Life Sciences

   preferred.

• 5+ years of proven sales experience

   in microbiology products (media plates, reagents, consumables, or related solutions).
• Strong network within diagnostics and pharma microbiology divisions.
• Excellent communication, technical presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to translate technical knowledge into business value.
• Willingness to travel extensively.
