is a prominent designer and manufacturer of specialized technological equipment catering to industries such as automotive, aerospace, energy, and consumer goods. We are growing our team and are on the lookout for a motivated

Sales Manager

to propel business growth within the mechanical engineering sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet and surpass sales goals through proactive lead generation, cold calling, and engaging with clients
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with both existing and prospective clients to ensure repeat business
  • Create effective sales strategies, keep an eye on market trends, and evaluate competitor activities
  • Work collaboratively with production and sales teams to guarantee excellent customer service
  • Generate sales reports and attend industry exhibitions as needed

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of exprience in the B2B Sales field of mechanical engineering
  • Familiarity with manufacturing processes & tooling
  • Skilled in CRM software, sales reporting, and market analysis
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering is highly preferred
