Technical Sales Executive

Role Overview:

The ideal candidate will combine engineering expertise with strong sales acumen. An MBA in Marketing is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with pharma and tooling industry customers
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable technical solutions
• Prepare and deliver product presentations, demos, and proposals
• Techno-commercial deal with seniors along with customers
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities
• Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and customer visits

Candidate Profile:

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Production, or related engineering field
• MBA in Marketing is preferred .
• 2–5 years of experience in industrial sales, preferably in pharma machinery or tooling
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to understand technical specifications and customer applications
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
• Willingness to travel to assigned territory.
