Job Description

Urgent opening for the profile of Technical Sales Engineer at location Pune.

Experience: 3 years.

Qualification: Diploma & Degree in Electrical.

Job Profile

3~5 Yeats of relevant experience.
Drive sales from existing OEMs, distributors, and industrial clients (e.g., automotive, lighting, consumer electronics).
Understanding of Electronics / Semiconductor manufacturing business.
Need past record of sales through OEM or Distributors.
Maintain high customer satisfaction and retention through proactive engagement.
Identify and onboard new clients across verticals like Automotive, embedded systems, IoT, and industrial automation.
Develop strategic partnerships with global suppliers and channel partners.
Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies (e.g., microcontrollers, sensors, TFTs, Touch panels, ICs)
Recommend product positioning and pricing strategies based on segment insights
Background should be in Electronic Component Industry
Collaborate with technical, procurement, and operations teams to ensure smooth order execution
Support logistics and supply chain optimization for timely delivery and compliance.
Prepare MIS reports, sales forecasts, and customer feedback summaries.
Present performance metrics to leadership and suggest course corrections.
