Job Description

We are seeking a Technical Sales Engineer with strong technical knowledge and proven experience in sales & marketing. The candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining customer relationships, preparing sales presentations, and providing technical solutions to clients across industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain digital and physical filing systems for active sales files.
• Organize and prepare high-quality technical sales presentations.
• Ensure all sales materials, brochures, and presentations are up to date.
• Act as the first point of contact for customer service queries regarding products and accounts.
• Collaborate with other departments to prepare customized sales support.
• Maintain strong, regular contact with existing customers to ensure long-term relations.
• Travel to customer sites to present products, explain technical features, and provide solutions.
• Advise clients on product upgrades and related solutions.
• Build and sustain long-term business relationships with clients.

Key Competencies

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics (preferred).
• 2–3 years of experience in engineering or process industries (thermal, water, automobile, oil & gas, etc.).
• Strong customer relationship-building skills and cultural awareness.
• Excellent sales, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Competence in competition analysis and sales strategy.
• Strong communication and interdepartmental coordination skills.
• Business acumen, critical thinking, and sound judgment.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in English and local language is mandatory.
