Technical Sales Consultant Subscription Services

We are seeking a Technical Sales Consultant to join our team in Mohali for the Night shift. As a Technical Sales Consultant, your primary responsibility will be to convert support calls into revenue by providing effective plan recommendations. Your key responsibilities will include assessing user issues and aligning them with suitable subscription plans, upselling and cross-selling additional services based on troubleshooting interactions, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction post-purchase. The ideal candidate should have experience in tech support/sales crossover roles, possess fluent English language skills, and demonstrate a consultative sales approach.
