Technical Sales and Service Professional

We are looking for Technical Sales and Service professionals for Business development and providing after sales service of GTZ chemicals in various Steel Mills (mainly based in Southern India)

Qualification: A Science Graduate or A Degree Engineer or Masters in Science in the field of Chemical Sciences or any technical professional from Steel Industries (Flat Products)

Experience: At least 7 years work experience in the relevant field.

Desired Candidates should have work experience as listed below-

· Delivered technical service (application of chemicals in Steel Mills); combining strong technical support, customer service & communications expertise to promptly establish efficiency, resolve problems and optimize productivity

. Or any technical professional from Steel Industries (Flat Products)

· Proven track record of achieving profit and business growth objectives within rapid-change environments

· Rich experience in maintaining customer relationships and resolving customer complaints regarding chemicals running at customer end; managed Steel Mill customers like JSW Steel, Tata Steel, AMNS etc.

· Excellent at delivering key business initiatives & strategies, thereby increasing market share, sales volume & profitability

Job Description:

· To expand service network by establishing strategic alliances and tie-ups; outshined at achieving service norms by resolving customer service related critical issues

· To Drove organizational objectives by successfully implementing process flows and enhanced systems through various improvement projects

· To deliver transformational solutions for multiple requirements covering competitive pricing strategies, market analysis, employee resourcing & others

· To manage teams in setting inspirational goals, defined KPIs & metrics for the team and collaborated with senior level management team in decision-making process.
