Job Description

Role Overview: As a Sales Executive, your primary responsibility will be to generate and qualify leads, communicate effectively with customers, manage the sales process, and close deals to contribute to the overall sales targets of the organization. Your success in this position will be defined by your ability to effectively engage with potential and existing clients, showcase product expertise, negotiate and finalize agreements, and collaborate with different teams within the company. This role plays a crucial part in driving revenue and maintaining strong customer relationships. Key Responsibilities: - Lead generation and qualification: Conduct research to identify potential customers and assess their suitability based on predefined criteria. - Customer communication: Engage with clients through outbound calls, personalized emails, and social media interactions. Handle inbound sales inquiries promptly. - Sales process management: Guide clients through the entire sales cycle, utilizing CRM tools to track interactions and progress. - Product expertise: Develop a deep understanding of the company's products and services to effectively present their features, benefits, and competitive advantages. - Demonstrations and presentations: Conduct virtual demos and presentations to highlight the value proposition of products. - Negotiation and closing: Address client objections, negotiate terms, and secure sales agreements. - Collaboration: Coordinate with marketing teams and outside sales professionals to ensure alignment on messaging and campaigns. - Reporting: Track sales activities and provide regular reports on key metrics to enhance sales strategies. Qualifications Required: - Strong communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, along with active listening abilities. - Technical proficiency: Experience with CRM software, video conferencing platforms, and sales automation tools. - Negotiation skills: Ability to negotiate effectively for mutual benefit. - Goal-oriented and resilient: Persistence to achieve sales targets despite facing rejection. - Problem-solving skills: Analytical thinking to tailor solutions to client needs. - Time management: Organizational skills to handle multiple prospects simultaneously. Additional Details: - Education: Bachelor's degree required, with preference given to candidates with a background in B. Pharmacy, Biotechnology, or Food Technology. - Experience: Previous experience in a related industry will be advantageous. Training on product domain will be provided by the company.,
