Job Description

As a Sales Executive in our company, your role will involve various responsibilities to ensure successful lead generation and conversion. - Lead generation and qualification: You will be responsible for researching and identifying new potential customers, qualifying them based on specific criteria, and ensuring they align with our target market. - Customer communication: Engage with potential and existing clients through outbound calls, personalized emails, and social media interactions. Additionally, handle inbound sales inquiries promptly and effectively. - Sales process management: Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to deal closure, utilizing a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to track interactions and activities. - Product expertise: Acquire a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their features, benefits, and competitive advantages to prospects. Product domain training will be provided by the company. - Demonstrations and presentations: Conduct virtual product demos and presentations to showcase the value proposition and address customer pain points. - Negotiation and closing: Skillfully overcome client objections, negotiate pricing and contract terms, and finalize sales agreements. - Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the marketing team to align messaging and campaigns, and coordinate with outside sales or account managers for larger accounts. - Reporting: Track sales activities, generate leads, and monitor conversion rates to provide regular reports that inform and enhance sales strategies. In addition to the responsibilities, the following skills and qualifications are required for this role: - Strong communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are crucial for remote interactions, along with active listening to understand customer needs. - Technical proficiency: Expertise in using sales tools like CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), video conferencing platforms, and sales automation software. - Negotiation skills: Ability to negotiate effectively to reach mutually beneficial solutions for both the company and the customer. - Goal-oriented and resilient: Persistence in making numerous calls, overcoming rejection, and staying motivated to achieve and surpass sales targets. - Problem-solving: Analytical skills to assess client needs and propose creative, tailored solutions. - Time management: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple prospects simultaneously. Education and experience: A bachelor's degree is required, with preference given to candidates with a background in B. Pharmacy, Biotechnology, or Food Technology. Previous experience in a similar industry will be advantageous.,
