Job Description

We are hiring a Technical Research Analyst to support PhD scholars with research analysis, technical documentation, and project support. This role is ideal for freshers and early-career candidates who are interested in research, academics, and technical problem solving. Complete training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand PhD research topics and technical requirements
• Study and analyze research papers, journals, and recent publications
• Assist in problem identification, methodology design, and solution explanation
• Support algorithm concepts, flow diagrams, and technical models
• Prepare research documents such as proposals, methodology, results, and reports
• Coordinate with internal technical teams and research mentors
• Maintain originality and quality standards in research work

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of engineering or science subjects
• Ability to read and understand research papers
• Logical thinking and analytical skills
• Basic programming or simulation knowledge (training provided)
• Good communication and documentation skills

Qualification

• BE / BTech / ME / MTech / PhD (Relevant Streams)
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
