Job Description

Project Management (50%) Demonstrate a strong track record of leadership and experience in managing multiple projects/large programs with end-to-end management in a customer-facing role. Analyze requirements for feasibility regarding implementation and work closely with the solution architect/technical architect on the framework and technology stack. Develop project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders. Develop a detailed project plan, identify risks and dependencies, and track multiple project progress to deliver on-time, within scope, and within budget. Facilitate recurring communication upward and across project teams, including project status, justifications for variances, and technical information. Team Management & Mentoring (30%) Manage team aspirations, provide regular feedback on performance, and keep the team motivated and engaged. Identify training needs of the team to cross-skill/up-skill. Provide leadership and mentor Project Leads. Sales & Proposal Management (20%) Experience managing and contributing to sales proposals by collaborating to shape a cohesive delivery approach, team structure, and cost estimates to deliver value-driven proposals. Experience working with Agile delivery methods and collaboration tools. Experience in writing, reviewing, and finalizing Statements of Work. Must-Have Skills: BE degree with 10-14 years of experience in the IT sector and at least 5-6 years of experience in leading teams and managing projects. Good understanding of the wider objectives of the program/projects. Strong leadership and management skills. Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with the ability to effectively communicate. Demonstrated experience in building project plans and project management aspects. Good technical understanding and foundation. Ability to take complete ownership of the project. Experience in Stakeholder management. Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
