Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager / Delivery Manager with 10 to 15 years of experience to lead end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and client expectations. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in project planning, requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and cross-functional team leadership, with proven experience in the Payments domain and awareness of AI/ML-driven solutions.

Roles and Responsibility

Drive project planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery within timelines and budgets.
Lead requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation to ensure business needs are met.
Manage stakeholder communications and expectations effectively.
Coordinate with technical teams, business units, and clients to ensure seamless delivery.
Identify risks, track progress, and implement corrective actions proactively.
Ensure adherence to quality standards, processes, and best practices.
Oversee solution delivery in Payments systems, transactions, and compliance frameworks.
Explore and leverage AI/ML use cases to improve efficiency, automation, and decision-making in projects.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of Agile/Waterfall methodologies.
Experience in project planning and execution.
Expertise in requirements gathering and analysis.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Knowledge of Payments domain (transaction systems, gateways, compliance, settlements).
Exposure to AI/ML concepts, applications, and solution delivery.
Minimum 10 years of experience in a related field.
