Technical Project Manager / Offshore Delivery Manager

Job Description

Role & responsibilities Must have experience in the BFSI domain and should have led at least one end-to-end program implementation within the last two years, preferably involving banking products in areas such as Corporate Banking or Channel Banking or Payments, or Transaction Banking . Strong understanding of project management and delivery practices , with a proven track record of managing projects using Java technologies in the banking domain. In-depth knowledge of Corporate Banking, Channel Banking, Payments , and Transaction Banking solutions is essential. Should hold a recognized Project Management certification such as PMP and/or Agile certification , with solid practical experience in Agile methodologies. Must possess strong technical acumen , particularly with Hybrid Cloud Technologies , and the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to stakeholders. Demonstrated expertise in client engagement , as well as managing budgets, costing, resources , and vendor relationships . Proficient in using project management tools such as MS Project . Solid technical foundation with a good understandingor hands-on experiencein software development and web technologies . Preferred candidate profile Proven experience in program management, leading complex solution development within a matrix organizational environment. Strong track record of engaging and collaborating with CxOs and executive leadership in client organizations. Hands-on experience working with cross-functional teams across various disciplines. International exposure, particularly in regions such as APAC and the Middle East, will be considered an added advantage. Extensive project management experience with a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Willingness to travel as required, with no constraints on mobility or location. Education B.Tech/B.E. in Any Specialization or UG or PG Graduates
