Job Title Technical Project Manager Experience 8-16 Years Location Bangalore : 8+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on data engineering projects. Experience in data engineering tools and technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, and SQL. Lead and manage complex data engineering projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project goals. Act as a Scrum Master for the data engineering team, facilitating AGILE ceremonies, removing impediments, and ensuring the team follows AGILE best practices. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, and develop detailed project plans. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, data scientists, and business analysts, to ensure successful project execution. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success. Communicate project status, milestones, and deliverables to stakeholders and senior management. Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team, encouraging innovation and the adoption of best practices in data engineering.
