Technical Project Manager

About the Role

As a Technical Project Manager, you will manage IT projects and be responsible for project plans and estimates, scoping and requirements, resource planning, project initiation, and execution. You will be required to communicate effectively with all the teams involved in project priorities, progress, and risk. You will be working closely with our Co-founder, Technology Head, Technical Leads, and Development teams to design and build outstanding products that our customers love. You will be a liaison between the company and the vendors who work on the development projects. You will also be conducting competitor product analysis and planning continuous product development.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Experience with Agile or similar program management methodologies.
• Basic knowledge of web technologies, such as JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3
• Basic knowledge of backend programming languages such as Node, Java Spring etc
• Basic knowledge of databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc
• Good communication & presentation skills
• Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Should be comfortable working with multiple teams
• Attention to detail
• Should enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
• Should be able to work comfortably without direct management oversight
• BE/BTech/MS/MCA/MTech (CS/Electronics) or an equivalent degree is required

Required Skills & Experience

• Experience in the Fintech and Stock Market domain
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• 5-8 years of total experience with at least 2 years of project management
