Description
Role & responsibilities Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables. Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Act as the primary liaison between technical teams and stakeholders. Coordinate cross-functional teams (developers, QA, DevOps, designers) Facilitate clear communication across teams and manage expectations. Leverage full stack expertise to guide technical decisions and review architecture. Understand and communicate effectively across front-end (e.g., React, Angular, Vue) and back-end (e.g., Node.js, Java, Python) teams. Collaborate with UI/UX, DevOps, and QA to ensure high-quality feature delivery. Provide technical input during code reviews or architectural discussions. Translate business needs into technical specifications and vice versa. Track KPIs to ensure project success, quality, and continuous improvement. Maintain documentation and ensure team follows best coding and deployment practices. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 8+ years of experience in technical project management in software environments. 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Full Stack Developer. Deep understanding of front-end and back-end technologies: Front-end: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular, or Vue Back-end: Node.js, Java, Python, .NET, or similar Databases: MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc. Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Experience with Agile/Scrum and tools like JIRA, Confluence, Git.
