Technical Project Manager

The Technical Project Manager position in Kolkata requires 8-12 years of experience. In this role, you will be responsible for evaluating complex situations, managing delivery impediments, risks, issues, and changes associated with product development initiatives. You will lead and motivate cross-functional teams, interact with all levels, and perform analysis, planning, and developing requirements documents. Additionally, you will assign and monitor work of technical personnel, define project scope, deliverables, roles, and responsibilities, and design processes to monitor and control resources, budget, risks, and value to business objectives. Your responsibilities will also include establishing major milestone reviews, evaluating technological choices, understanding and managing cloud computing technologies, and possessing excellent verbal and written communication skills. You will manage and track team velocity, financials, and other KPIs, while providing process improvement recommendations based on best practices and industry standards. You will resolve conflicts, manage program management tasks, and develop standards and processes for scheduling, administration, and accounting. The ideal candidate should have 6-7+ years of Technical Project Management experience, hands-on experience in cloud technologies, ability to troubleshoot cloud server issues/errors, knowledge of DevOps on Unix server, and experience in Project Management tools like JIRA, Asana, or Trello. Moreover, you should possess excellent judgment, analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and a strong sense of personal responsibility and accountability for delivering high-quality work.,
