Your leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills will be instrumental in fostering seamless collaboration among developers, designers, QA teams, and business stakeholders. **Key Responsibilities:** - Define project scope, goals, and deliverables aligning with business objectives. - Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations. - Ensure smooth execution of mobile app development, Java-based backend systems, frontend web applications, and custom software projects. - Track project milestones, manage risks, and dependencies proactively. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure technical feasibility and alignment with requirements. - Implement best practices in Agile/Scrum, DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines for efficient development and deployment. - Oversee Java development for backend systems, focusing on code quality, performance, and scalability. - Work with frontend technologies to ensure responsive and user-friendly designs. - Ensure high-quality standards in software architecture, UI/UX, performance, and security. - Act as a bridge between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders, simplifying complex concepts. - Serve as the primary point of contact for project-related discussions with clients and internal teams. - Address project challenges, propose solutions, and make informed decisions collaboratively. - Identify resource needs and coordinate effectively with HR and leadership for team scaling. - Anticipate project risks, devise mitigation strategies, and implement corrective actions. - Ensure compliance with project timelines, budget constraints, and quality standards. **Required Skills & Qualifications:** - 8+ years experience as a Technical Project Manager in Mobile App Development, Java-based backend systems, and Custom Software Development. - Strong background in mobile app development, frontend development, backend systems, and cloud platforms. - Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA, Trello, or Asana. - Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms is beneficial. - Understanding of SDLC and best practices in development and deployment. - Strong leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - PMP, CSM, or equivalent certifications are preferred.,
