Technical Project Lead

As a Technical Project Lead at Philips, you will be an integral part of the MRI R&D team in HIC Pune, contributing to the development of new concepts and major components for MR Coils. Your role will involve working closely with renowned scientists and experienced engineers, focusing on System aspects, Electro mechanical interfaces, and RF circuits. Your responsibilities will include leading large-scale projects to develop global sourcing strategies, managing product launch activities, and addressing technical challenges during the design transfer process. You will collaborate with key stakeholders to meet business needs, drive processes for first-time accuracy, and identify and manage risks with appropriate mitigation actions. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelors or Masters degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering with over 14 years of relevant experience in lifecycle management and new product introductions. Strong project management skills, proficiency in Value Analysis and Value Engineering strategies, and the ability to work in complex and global environments are essential. PMP certification is considered an advantage. You will be a part of the MR Coils team in Pune, working on projects related to new product development, BOM savings, reverse engineering, value engineering, and global product transfers.
