You will be responsible for leading projects towards targets, coordinating with other functions from the Plant, Engineering Service Provider, and in-house Engineering team, as well as representing Engineering in different forums. Your role will involve project coordination and tracking against milestones, leading teams and cross-functional teams to meet project milestones. To excel in this role, you must possess skills in team management, coordination, and motivation, strong communication and analytical skills, knowledge about automotive technics, familiarity with MS Office, project management, automotive product development knowledge, and administrative skills including the ability to plan and develop a structure. Your responsibilities will include coordinating with the Cross Functional Team for project-related technical tasks, ensuring project targets and milestones are met, reviewing the status of the project timely, checking the fulfillment of project milestones, reviewing technical issues and planning for the next stages of the project, reporting on project aspects in different forums, discussing changes with the Technical team, tracking and reviewing changes till implementation, and system release tracking.
