Job Description

Role & responsibilities Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Experience: 15+ years in technical program management, with a focus on the payments domain. Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of payment systems, transaction processing, and backend workflows. Methodologies: Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira or Confluence. Hands-on leader with a strong understanding of software engineering, product development lifecycle, and familiarity with cloud technologies, APIs, and DevOps practices Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across teams. Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing complex programs.
