Job Description

Defining and communicating a clear product vision and technical roadmap for GenAI and AI/ML initiatives. Translating complex business needs into actionable technical requirements and user stories.
Prioritizing features and managing the product backlog using Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban). Leading cross-functional teams through the full product lifecycle, from ideation to production deployment.
Deep understanding of AI/ML technologies, including LLMs, generative AI, and MLOps best practices. Overseeing the delivery of AI/ML models into production, ensuring robust model lifecycle management, monitoring, and governance.
Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills, with the ability to align diverse teams and influence senior leadership. Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS) and enterprise-scale AI/ML deployments.
Familiarity with regulatory compliance, data privacy, and responsible AI practices in financial services.

Some other highly valued skills may include:

Hands-on experience with MLOps, data engineering, or software development. Exposure to GenAI frameworks, vector databases, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines.
Understanding of user experience (UX) design and customer-centric product development for AI solutions. Contributions to open-source AI/ML projects or product management communities.
Strong leadership, negotiation, and decision-making abilities. Ability to manage multiple complex AI/ML products or initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
