Technical Product Owner

Description

We are seeking a Technical Product Owner to join our dynamic team in India. This role involves defining product vision, managing the product backlog, and ensuring successful collaboration between stakeholders and development teams. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in product management, a technical mindset, and a passion for delivering innovative solutions.

Responsibilities

• Define and prioritize product features and requirements based on stakeholder input and market research.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including development, design, and marketing to ensure successful product delivery.
• Act as the main point of contact for product-related inquiries and decisions.
• Develop and maintain product roadmaps and backlogs to guide the development process.
• Conduct market analysis and user research to inform product strategy and enhancements.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Monitor and analyze product performance metrics and user feedback for continuous improvement.

Skills and Qualifications

• 6-10 years of experience in product management or related field.
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies and product development lifecycle.
• Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar project management software.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with user experience (UX) design principles and techniques.
• Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions to enhance product features.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset.
