About Role: An expert backend engineer with proficiency in Java and Spring An active team member, having ownership & accountability to develop mobile app backend, in delivering timely projects through Scrum You enjoy defining simple and consistent APIs that consumers enjoy working with You thrive on taking technical ownership of large systems On a day-to-day basis, you will: Work with the product team and other team leads to clarify requirements, challenge assumptions to ensure successful executions, and push the user app functionalities to their best Largely hands-on with coding; at the same time, you are the mentor for your team who helps them break complex problems into more manageable tasks that can be easily estimated Design business-critical microservices Collaborate in defining the overall cloud architecture Develop RESTful APIs with Spring Boot Create database schemas that represent and support business processes. Perform user authentication and authorization between multiple systems, servers, and environments. Design and develop end to end working pipeline from hardware to the visual representation layer. Data migration, transformation, and scripting. Outputting data in different formats such as XML, JSON, CSV, etc. Implementing automated testing platforms and unit test tools. Required skills & experience: Strong expertise in Java and Spring MVC. Proficient understanding of OWASP security principles. Proficient understanding of code versioning. A good understanding of front-end technologies and platforms, such as JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3, and knowledge of react will be a plus. Experience with SQL-style querying language. Experience with WebSocket, HTTP, and similar communication protocols. Understanding of “session management” in a distributed server environment. Currently working or past worked with an IT Industry is preferable. 2. Hands on with Tally ERP with a minmum of 5 Years Experience 3. Knowledge of Income Tax, TDS, GST, ROC, TP, Budgeting and have also exposure to Audit, Vendor management and Banking work. 4. At least 2 years in a managerial or senior role overseeing financial operation. Should be able to work and manage independently and should be able to withstand pressure. 5. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PPT, Outlook) and experience in Xero preferred (Not Mandatory)
