Job Description

Join our dynamic Agile development team as a Technical Product Owner, where you will play a pivotal role in the Software Development Lifecycle, ensuring the timely delivery of innovative products. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Product Manager and cross-functional teams to translate business needs into actionable requirements, prioritize features, and oversee development progress. This position offers an excellent opportunity to grow in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while making a tangible impact on product strategy and execution.

Responsibilities

Requirements Gathering:
Work with stakeholders and internal teams to capture and document product requirements, ensuring clarity and alignment with business objectives.
Backlog Sprint Management:
Support backlog refinement, prioritize tasks based on business value, and assist in sprint planning to set achievable goals.
User Story Development:
Break down complex requirements into clear, actionable user stories with defined acceptance criteria.
Communication Coordination:
Act as a liaison between development teams and stakeholders, ensuring transparency and timely resolution of queries.
Quality Documentation:
Contribute to product documentation, including release notes and feature descriptions, and participate in sprint reviews and retrospectives to drive continuous improvement.
Progress Reporting:
Monitor development progress and communicate potential risks early to enable quick course correction.

Skills and Experience

3+ years in product-related roles (Product Analyst, Business Analyst, etc), with Agile experience preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a collaborative mindset.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changing priorities, and maintain attention to detail.
Passion for technology and a proactive approach to learning and ownership.
