About The Role

We are looking for a Technical Product Manager who can lead product development from concept to launch while working closely with engineering, design, QA, and business teams. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in IT services or technology-driven environments and be capable of defining product strategy, managing roadmaps, and driving customer-centric solutions. Strong communication, logical thinking, and problem-solving abilities are essential.

Key Responsibilities

Define and execute product vision, roadmap, and strategy aligned with business goalsLead the full product lifecycle: discovery, requirement gathering, development, launch, and enhancementsCollaborate with engineering, design, QA, and stakeholders to deliver scalable software, cloud, mobile, and platform solutionsConduct market research, analyze customer feedback, and make data-driven product decisionsWrite user stories, PRDs, feature requirements, and acceptance criteriaPresent product concepts and updates to leadership and partnersEnsure timely delivery of high-quality releases and drive continuous improvementMentor junior team members and support cross-functional collaborationStay updated on emerging technologies (AI, automation, cloud, cybersecurity) to enhance product value

Required Skills & Qualifications

3-5 years of Product Management experience (minimum 3 years as a Product Manager in

IT Services

)Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and product development processesAbility to translate complex technical requirements into clear, functional product specificationsStrong logical thinking, analytical ability, and problem-solving skillsExperience working with engineering teams on software, cloud, or digital transformation projectsExcellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skillsExperience creating roadmaps, PRDs, wireframes, and user workflows

Good to Have

Exposure to SaaS, cloud-based products, AI/ML features, or automation solutionsExperience with EdTech, FinTech, AdTech, Retail, or consulting environmentsFamiliarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Figma, or analytics platformsUnderstanding of cybersecurity principles or digital transformation projects

Education

B.Tech/M.Tech in Computer Science, IT, or related field (preferred)MBA is an advantage
