As a Technical Product Manager at our company, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our product by leveraging your expertise in Java, ReactJS, Angular, MERN Stack, Mean Stack, and web/mobile application development. Your deep understanding of the telecom domain will enable you to lead cross-functional teams and oversee the product lifecycle from concept to launch. **Roles and Responsibilities:** - Collaborate with the development team to drive feature development based on sprint planning. - Ensure that features are developed accurately and can be intuitively used by end users. - Utilize your experience in the telecom industry or strong understanding of telecom systems and technologies. - Review existing product features using qualitative and quantitative measures, identifying opportunities for improvement to enhance user experience. - Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product development and go-to-market strategies. - Research industry trends and features, developing recommendation pitches for the product roadmap. - Create user guides, tutorials, and internal/external documents to support product release. - Develop user stories for features and enhancements, working closely with the user experience team. - Apply your knowledge of telecom systems and technologies to address industry-specific challenges and integrate telecom features into products. - Ensure product compliance and performance by understanding and implementing telecom standards and protocols. **Core Experience:** - Hold a degree in Computer Science or related engineering field, or possess equivalent experience. - Have 10+ years of relevant experience, with a strong technical foundation of 6-7 years. - Direct experience in conferencing & collaboration or communication space. - Technical expertise in web/mobile app development is essential. - Proficiency in Java, Angular JS, Mean stack, Mern stack Web technologies, and mobile apps (Android/Ios). - Ability to lead a development team and work effectively in Agile environments. - Previous experience as a Software Engineer using .NET, Java, and web services is desirable. - Familiarity with AngularJS/NodeJS, RDBM, and No SQL DB. - Experience in deployment and testing processes. **Nice-to-haves:** - Excellent communication skills to engage with various functional groups, Architects, developers, and senior business leaders. - Strong analytical capabilities and the ability to analyze requirements for optimal solutions. - Knowledge of agile software development practices for web and mobile applications. - Proficient in oral and written English communication, documentation, and prototyping. - Product management experience with Enterprise Products. - Technical architecture experience for web/mobile applications. - Skills in designing user interfaces, product design, and management. - Experience creating wireframes and mock-ups.
