Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Technical Product Manager with expertise in UI Components to join our team at Okta. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing technical products and leading cross-functional teams.
Roles and Responsibility
  • Develop and implement product strategies to drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver high-quality products.
  • Conduct market research and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Create and maintain product roadmaps aligned with company goals.
  • Work closely with engineering teams to ensure successful product launches.
  • Analyze product performance and make data-driven decisions to improve it.
Job Requirements
  • Strong understanding of UI components and their applications.
  • Proven experience in managing technical products and leading cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with agile development methodologies is a plus.
