Technical Product Manager

Position Purpose:

We are seeking a skilled and proactive API Product Owner / Technical Product Manager to lead the design, development, and lifecycle management of cloud-native API products. This role involves close collaboration with development teams, Cloud Platform teams, and business stakeholders to ensure delivery of robust, high-performing, and scalable API solutions. You will serve as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) throughout the product lifecyclefrom ideation to operational support.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Design & Development:

• Own the end-to-end design of API products, including UX considerations, while accounting for local/regional specifications
• Define and document functional and technical product specifications
• Coordinate with development teams to ensure products meet quality and design expectations
• Validate that delivered products align with business and technical requirements
  

Product Lifecycle Management

• Collaborate with the CIB Cloud Marketplace and Robotics teams to ensure API products are properly cataloged and published
• Maintain product documentation and version control throughout its lifecycle
• Continuously evaluate customer feedback and usage analytics to improve product value and quality
• Manage communication for product releases, enhancements, and updates
  

Technical Skills Required:

• API Design & Architecture:

  Proficient in designing APIs using HTTP and RESTful principles

• API Gateway Tools:

  Strong hands-on experience with

  Google Apigee

  or equivalent API Gateway

• Cloud & DevOps:

  Experience with

  Cloud Platforms

  ,

  CI/CD Pipelines

  ,

  Agile DevOps practices

• Microservices & Containers:

  Familiarity with

  Kubernetes

  ,

  OpenShift

  , and microservices architecture

• OS & Scripting:

  Proficiency in

  Linux (RedHat)

  and

  Shell scripting

• Applied Architecture:

  Ability to design and document API integration architecture across enterprise systems

Nice to Have:

• Familiarity with performance monitoring tools like Aramchek
• Prior experience working with internal service catalogs or marketplaces
• Certification in Product Ownership (e.g., CSPO) or Cloud Technologies
