Experience: 4–6 years (IT / Software / QA / Tech Ops)

We are hiring a Technology Operations Manager to take end-to-end ownership of our Websites, Mobile Apps, CRM, and LMS platforms.

This is a techno-functional, non-developer role where you will manage internal teams & external developers, ensure smooth platform operations, and act as the single point of contact (SPOC) for all technology matters.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage daily operations of Website, Mobile App, CRM & LMS

* Coordinate with third-party developers for updates, fixes, and enhancements

* Review requirements, validate technical feasibility & track tasks

* Lead testing (manual QA) and guide testers; perform testing when needed

* Handle hosting, servers, domains, SSL, backups & deployments

* Ensure timely releases and smooth functioning of all systems

* Report platform status and improvements directly to the CEO

Requirements

* 4–6 years experience in IT, Software, QA, Product Support, or Tech Ops

* Strong understanding of web/app technologies, APIs & hosting

* Good knowledge of testing and release coordination

* Excellent communication, documentation & problem-solving skills

* Ability to manage vendors and lead internal tech processes
