Role Overview: As a Technical Product Manager with a strong background in platform development, particularly data platforms, you will play a crucial role in driving the strategy and execution of core platform initiatives in a fast-paced, high-growth technology environment. Your passion for building scalable products, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and making data-driven decisions will be instrumental in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Define and prioritize platform initiatives in collaboration with product leadership. Develop a clear and scalable roadmap focusing on data-centric platform capabilities. - Manage the full product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring delivery meets performance, quality, and timeline goals by closely working with engineering teams. - Utilize KPIs, analytics, and customer insights to inform prioritization, track impact, and optimize the product backlog for data-driven decision making. - Collaborate with design, QA, marketing, operations, and customer success teams to deliver cohesive product experiences through cross-functional collaboration. - Lead go-to-market planning, stakeholder alignment, and ensure successful feature adoption and user engagement for product launch & GTM. - Base product decisions on logic, analysis, and a clear understanding of customer needs and value with a customer-centric mindset. - Stay updated on trends in healthcare IT, AI, ML, and platform technologies to inform roadmap decisions and ensure strategic alignment. - Identify opportunities for enhancing platform capabilities, improving performance, and driving competitive advantage to drive innovation. Qualification Required: - 4+ years of experience in product management, preferably with a background in platform or data platform development. - Experience in software development or a strong understanding of engineering processes is advantageous from a technical background perspective. - Proficiency in Agile and SDLC methodologies, along with familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, or similar is desired. - Strong quantitative and qualitative analysis skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights are essential. - SaaS/PaaS experience is preferred, and familiarity with healthcare or Health IT domains is a plus from an industry exposure standpoint. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with comfort in working across global teams and time zones, are required. - Creative, highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment are soft skills that will be beneficial for this role.
