Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Technical Officer Production role located in Davanagere. The Technical Officer will oversee daily production activities, ensure adherence to quality standards, and manage production schedules to meet targets. Responsibilities include monitoring equipment performance, ensuring compliance with safety guidelines, and providing technical support to resolve production issues. The role also involves collaborating with different departments to optimize processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate and improve production processes
• Effective Communication skills for coordination with teams and stakeholders
• Proven experience in Technical Support for resolving operational issues
• Customer Service acumen to address internal and external production-related queries
• Proficiency in Laboratory Skills for quality testing and analysis
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Dairy Technology, or a related field
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment and adhere to safety protocols
