Job Description

We are heiring for Technical & Non- Technical sales executive for Cement Company for Rajasthan

Experience- 2-6 years

Location- Rajasthan Jodhpur Jaipur

Qualification- Any graduate or B.tech CIVIL

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

  1. Identify and secure business opportunities in large-scale construction, residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects.
  2. Develop a sales pipeline by engaging with contractors, architects, developers, and government agencies.
  3. Present product solutions tailored to project-specific requirements, ensuring alignment with client needs and compliance with technical standards.

Client & Stakeholder Management

  1. Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including project managers, procurement teams, and consultants.
  2. Conduct product presentations, technical discussions, and on-site demonstrations.

Project Coordination & Follow-Up

  1. Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., technical, supply chain, and production) to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
  2. Monitor the progress of secured projects and ensure all commitments are met.

Market Analysis & Reporting

  1. Conduct market research to understand trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities.
  2. Provide regular updates on sales performance, pipeline status, and forecasts to management.

Qualifications

Education:

  • Any Bachelors or Diploma or B.Tech in CIVIL

Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in project sales, preferably in the building materials industry (e.g., cement, steel, tiles, paints, or similar).

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong understanding of construction processes and materials.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to manage long sales cycles and close high-value deals.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office tools.
