Technical Marketing Executive:
Hitech Rubber Products is a leading manufacturer in Erode, specializing in high-quality rubber products. We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Technical Marketing Executive to join our growing team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about combining technical knowledge with strong communication and sales skills.

Key Responsibilities:
* Market Research & Analysis: Identify and analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities within the rubber products industry.* Product Promotion: Effectively communicate the technical features and benefits of our rubber products to potential clients.* Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers, understanding their technical requirements and offering suitable solutions.* Sales & Business Development: Actively participate in sales efforts, generating leads, preparing proposals, and closing deals.* Technical Support: Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical assistance to customers, addressing queries and resolving issues.* Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and insights to contribute to product development and improvement.

Qualifications:
* Education: Any degree, with a preference for Mechanical or Chemical engineering backgrounds.* Experience: Fresher to 5 years of experience in technical marketing, sales, or a related field, preferably within the manufacturing or industrial sector.

Skills:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.* Strong technical aptitude and ability to understand product specifications.* Proven sales and negotiation abilities.* Self-motivated and target-driven.* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

* Must own a bike and a mobile phone.

• Work Details: * Working Hours: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM * Salary: ₹11,000 - ₹20,000 per month (based on experience)
